Intro to Port De Bras

Maria Varga, a certified Port De Bras and Cardio Ballet instructor will introduce and guide you to body forming workout class in elegant and dynamic choreography. It combines spine training and Pilates elements with different dance styles, mainly with the basics of jazz and classical ballet.

It also includes some basic yoga moves.

The soft and continuous movements of Port De Bras improves flexibility, static power, enhances sense of rhythm, balancing and coordination.
